At Queen and King, we strive to deliver exceptional event planning services for weddings, birthdays, and special occasions. Your satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of our services, we have a specific return and refund policy outlined below:
Since we provide customized and time-sensitive event management services, refunds or returns are generally not applicable once the service has been initiated or delivered.
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event date are eligible for a 50% refund of the advance payment.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will not be eligible for any refund, as arrangements and expenses are already in process.
We understand emergencies happen. You can request a reschedule at least 5 days prior to the event. We will do our best to accommodate the new date based on availability.
If your cancellation qualifies for a refund:
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
The amount will be returned via the original payment method.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations.
Customized or special-order decorations and services.
Events disrupted due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, government restrictions, etc.)
